The discovery in 1990 of a frog “like no other,” motivates a Spanish ecologist to begin research on this mysterious little amphibian. After three years of extensive studies, Jordi Serra Cobo finally describes this new species and names it Rana Pyrenaica. Starting in the footsteps of the rarest frog of the Pyrenees, the film plunges us into the chaotic world of high mountain torrents.
